SHIPPING:

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is ₹300. However, the shipping charges for international shipping is minimal of $85 and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

 

What is the exchange policy at Cherie Gupta?
We offer a size exchange on eligible products. To initiate a request, simply WhatsApp us with your order details and the new required size. Our team will respond within 24 working hours. Once acknowledged, we will arrange a reverse pickup service (for size exchanges only) on the next working day, wherever possible.

For product exchanges (style or item change), customers are requested to self-ship the product to us. Please ensure you take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier personnel, including their signature and contact number. Cherie Gupta is not responsible for lost shipments, and all return shipments are at the customer's own risk and cost.

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product, and the item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact. In case pickup service is unavailable, the customer must courier the item back at their own expense.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
  • Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again.
  • Any applied discount coupon will not be factored into the exchange or credit.
  • A return shipping charge of ₹300 is applicable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • No refunds are offered as per company policy. Only a credit note will be issued in applicable cases.

When returning, please mention your name, address, phone number, email ID, order ID, and required size clearly on the parcel.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Cherie Gupta reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests. The customer agrees to abide by Cherie Gupta’s decision.

 

Garment Doesn’t Fit?

If your outfit doesn’t fit, contact us within 48 hours to request a size exchange or alteration, subject to availability. .

 

Why Was My Exchange Declined?

We strive for high quality and transparency. However, exchanges/returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is washed, worn, or used
  • The reason is a dislike of color or fabric
  • There are minor variations in color, finish, or fit due to screen settings or the hand-crafted nature of the product (10–12% variation is considered normal)
