SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING:

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is ₹300. However, the shipping charges for international shipping is minimal of $85 and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

ALTERATION POLICY:

If you require a size adjustment, we offer alterations on eligible products for size-related issues only. We do not offer size exchanges, product exchanges, returns, or refunds.

To initiate an alteration request, simply WhatsApp us with your order details and the size issue you're facing. Our team will respond within 24 working hours. Once acknowledged, we will arrange a reverse pickup service for alteration requests on the next working day, wherever possible.

Alteration requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. In case reverse pickup service is unavailable, the customer must courier the garment to us at their own expense.

Please note:

Reverse pickup charges of ₹300 are applicable for alteration requests.
In case reverse pickup service is unavailable, we recommend using a traceable shipping method when self-shipping the garment.
Alterations are subject to garment design and feasibility. Our team will confirm whether the requested alteration is possible before proceeding.
We do not offer product exchanges, returns, refunds, or credit notes.

When returning, please mention your name, address, phone number, email ID, order ID, and required size clearly on the parcel.
